Candidate with minimum experience of 1 - 3 years in AR calling
Must have excellent command over English
Knowledge of ICD 10 CM, CPT and HCPCS
Insurance benefit verification
Follow up on unpaid claims/denied claims within standard billing cycle timeframe.
Good Knowledge in denial Management/ Charge entry/ Payments posting
Meet Quality (98 %) and Production standards (45 Claims )
Good Analytical skills
Good Communication Skills
Ability to Multi-task
