Insurance benefit verification
Follow up on unpaid claims/denied claims within standard billing cycle timeframe.
Good Knowledge in denial Management/ Charge entry/ Payments posting
Meet Quality (98 %) and Production standards (45 Claims )
Good Analytical skills
