Preferred skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a prerequisite for this position.
Need a minimum of 2 years of experience in an outbound sales process (Software/IT services).
Must be able to work individually with minimum supervision.
Experience in Lead Generation and cold calling is a must.
Excellent Telephone Etiquette and Conversational skills.
Passionate about engaging with the decision makers of targeted companies over the phone.
Dexterity with follow- up techniques.
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Create and update database of existing and new clients.
Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis.
Must have an engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients /customers.
Candidates who can join immediately or candidates whose notice period is less than 30 days have an advantage.
