Handling the end to end recruitment process
Performance appraisal
Review and understand job requirements
Managing candidates database on the HRMS
Compliance Management
Organizing and conducting event for the employees
Generating Employee code for new joiners and their induction
Responsible in drafting Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter and Promotion Letter.
Attendance management
Generate HR Policy, review and update them properly.
Sending out communication mailers on events and some announcements/information pertaining to HR,like LOP closures, congratulatory mailers etc.
Absorb management Strategies and implement them successfully
