Interview Process : Send your updated resume using a valid mail id/mobile number .Our HR team would scrutinize your application and send the interview call letter indicating date,time and venue. Number of openings: 15 Interview pattern Screening round 1. Analytical test: The candidate shall be tested on his/her analytical ability. Based on the results, one gets shortlisted to the next round. 2. Basic communication test: The candidate shall be given a random topic and asked to speak about for not more than 2 minutes. Based on the results, one gets shortlisted to the next round. 3. Personal Round: A one to one meeting is arranged with the HR team and further ‘shortlist’ is made. Conditional offer letter is rolled out to shortlisted candidates from the screening round and next round of interview is scheduled a week later. Condition: • The candidate is asked to self learn on various topics provided by the technical team on a particular language (Java,php,dot net…..) . • The candidate shall be asked to come prepared for a technical round of interview as fixed by the HR team. Selection round(Technical) 1. Written test: The candidate shall be asked to take up a written test on the topics that he/she was asked to prepare. The test could be a multiple choice test or a Q/A type test or both. (Marks contribution 25 %) 2. System test: The candidate shall be asked to execute a software program from the topics already given.( Marks contribution 50 %) 3. Face to Face round: The candidate shall be interviewed individually on the technical front. (Marks contribution 25 %) Based on the outcome of the 3 rounds, ‘shortlists’ are prepared and appointment letters rolled out to selected candidates.
