Job Description

 Brief description :

Critical order management on daily based calls, fax and emails from customers.

Day to day interaction with end customers and clients.

Documentation and reporting. 

Preferred skills

Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal and written

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail

Team oriented/player, self motivated, have good email and telephone etiquettes

Should be open to work in early morning shift

Should be open to work for 6 days
