Job Description
SUPPORT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:
* MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGH PROFESSIONAL
COMMUNICATION AND CONSISTENT AND TIMELY FOLLOW UP.
* MONITOR AND RESPOND TO PHONE, EMAIL, CHAT OR WEB CASES FOR NEW AND
EXISTING CUSTOMERS
* Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems
through to resolution
* Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to
resolve system issues
* Ensure all issues are properly logged
* Maintain jovial relationships with clients
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar
role
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* ABILITY TO PROVIDE STEP-BY-STEP TECHNICAL HELP, BOTH WRITTEN AND
VERBAL
