3. Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
4. Create job descriptions.
5. Data entry into HRIS, Time & Labor, and Payroll System
6. HR information systems: data collection, reporting, and analysis
7. Continuous interaction with various HR agencies
8. Collaboration with local management team to support HR consulting efforts
9. Continuous interaction with potential job seekers in specific areas of IT
