>Participate in client meetings
>Create wireframes, project descriptions and estimates
>Work with project handovers and client training
>Have worked with web solutions before and know how to communicate with clients around the world.
>Create documentation, FAQs and other contents for products and solutions
>Optimize on products and solutions to minimize the number of support tickets.
>Work with our QA department to ensure the highest quality output possible.
>Work with the product development team on delivering new functionality
>Be very positive and will try to get the best out of every situation you are in.
>Be very trustworthy and be able to establish a good relationship with the team in Phases and our clients.
>Excellent English writing and speaking.
>Experience from a similar role
>Good understanding of websites, mobile applications and cloud-based products.
>Answer support tickets together with developers
