Chinese and South Indian Cook

Job Description

 Chinsese Cook:

Must prepare all Chinese Cuisine dishes as per menu specifications and recipes.

Chinese cuisine Cook to have full knowledge of use of Wok and Chinese cooking equipment, techniques and plate presentation.

Be able to convert recipes from Chinese back into English for Chinese cuisine.

Able to produce classical food items from specifications laid out by airline for Chinese cuisine.

Convert Chinese Cuisine recipes into large quantities for production

Full knowledge of all cooking equipment and how to use them.

Wash, peel and/or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving.

Carry food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas.

Prepares vegetables, fruits, salads, and foods for cooking.

Must be able to multi-task in a high pressure environment.

Read, write and follow food specifications and menu guidelines in English

South Indian Cook:

candidate should know the preparation of maincourse & snacks of south Indian cousine

A Cook well versed in Nadan cuisine with B/fast specialities.
