Job Description

• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications Managers across the group for Ideation, Concept, Design, Layout and Production of marketing collaterals • Understanding briefs and ability to think and give form to strong creative ideas in all media • Consistently deliver creative concepts that work across all media like print, web and AV • Collaborate with the teams on look and feel, usability, functionality. Evolve and maintain the adoption of consistent brand identity and superior design standards. • Work with the Marketing team to produce world-class marketing assets including Visual Identity, bid themes, translating them across collaterals like brochure, flier, folder, pull-ups, posters, exhibition stall design etc o Define/refine brand guidelines/templates o Industrialize design delivery o Perform SME role for design related areas • Have an eye for crafting and producing high impact AV assets like show reels, curtain raiser videos, solution demos, corporate film etc. • Resource management: motivate and lead the design team consisting of designers, motion graphics artist, motion graphics artist, AV editor/show reel artist • Ability to be creative within established brand guidelines • Monitor and enhance the quality of creative; drive professional maturity of design team o Coordinate with vendors for timely and quality execution o Hiring, training, performance evaluation, rewards and recognition planning for team o Establish processes, templates for design services o Shares Group / best practices at work with resources o Provide specific career growth path to resources • Ability to make conceptual design decisions and to be able to communicate creative rationale • Substantial hands-on experience and willingness to work hands-on on complex design projects as required • Ability to work within established corporate brand guidelines • Ability to create and package correct mechanical files as per exact specifications from various internal and external production vendors • Strong organizational skills • Follow the work system and adhere to prescribed documentation • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage more than one project at a time working under tight deadlines • Strong team management and inter personal skills are a must; should be able to work with a diverse high performance team
