Completely handle the production or erection responsibility for structural steel and miscellaneous steel items. / Manage and assign work to a team of labourers in order to finish the job as per the priority. /  Co-ordinate with your superiors, the planning department and the client in order to guarantee smooth progress of the job./   Re-organize the workforce in any way you see fit in order to increase productivity / Plan ahead so as to anticipate future problems and solve them before hand. / Keep the workshop or site clean and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
