Allianz Walkin on 9th Sep17 for Senior/ Technical Analyst Change Management

Requirements: 

3-4 yrs. of experience in IT Change Management

Develop, maintain and improve operational standards and guidelines for IT Change Management

Review all changes and ensure that a correct balance is maintained between service availability and business requirements

Final authoriser for acceptable changes, either alone or after a CAB or ECAB has taken place

Monitor, review and retrospectively coordinate emergency out-of-hours changes. Ensure all implemented changes are reviewed and then closed.

Analyse change records to determine trends or apparent problems.

Ensure successful delivery of the Change Management procedures and methodologies

Create, review & publicise Forward Schedule of Changes

Schedule, organise & chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting

Produce regular and accurate reports - weekly, monthly & Management reports

To create and maintain operational processes and procedures supporting IT Operations Change Management

Provide trainings and update sessions as and when required

Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance to required controls and standards.

Primary Az Tech UK Change Management point of contact for Az Tech Munich, IBM, Accenture & other suppliers and vendors

Preferred skills

ITIL Foundation Certified mandatory and additional Intermediate Service Transition and Service Operations will be an advantage

Experienced in using spreadsheets (e.g. Excel), MS Power point & MS Outlook

Decent Knowledge of the IT Infrastructure from Operations and Project Management perspective

Good analytical and logical reasoning skills

Excellent written, verbal communication skills and comfortable using MS Suite (viz. PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

Demonstrably high focus on customer service and production stability

Must have excellent interpersonal/customer liaison skills (video conferencing, telephone and face to face) as the role will have regular conversations with the senior managers in the Organisation
