The Statistician/Mathematician designs and develops tools that support game design.
This position works independently but with oversight and support from a Project leader and Game designers
Job responsibilities:
• Actively participate in game design team discussions and Create mathematical models of slot machines, card games and other games for our casinos
• Work with designers and engineers to develop game prototypes and tools
• Create, maintain, update, and organize par sheets, pay tables and game related information
• Work with designers and engineers to verify math model is properly implemented.
• Provide computer simulation and analysis of existing and new math models.
• Assist in Designing economy for our games – including Game Sources, Game Sinks, In-App Virtual product pricing
Job requirements:
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, able to break problems down in to their key variables and identify the relations between them.
• In depth understanding of probability, econometrics skills and Statistical Knowledge.
• Excellent communication skill. You will be working with multiple disciplines in a team-oriented environment and must be able to communicate your ideas and objectives.
• Ability to complete assignments without supervision
• Good to have experience in Creating efficient math tools using C++
• A passion for F2P and strong understanding of trends in F2P business models
Educational Qualification:
Looking for candidate with M.Sc. in statistics/ mathematics with Advanced Excel knowledge
