Job Description
Social and mobile gaming studio Ruby Seven Studios is looking for Technical Lead for mobile teams for our office situated in Kochi, India. This is your chance to get involved with a creative gaming studio, and to add to our ever growing roster of games across Facebook, iOS and Android. You’ll be involved with developing games and game-related applications for mobile and social platforms, alongside our team of inspired, quirky gaming minds.
You will be handling these responsibilities:
• Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome
• Use project’s best practices and coding standards
• Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
• Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the PM at the project level
• Assist project manager in the project coordination/management
• Manage a team of developers and drive delivery of various sprints of a project

• Strong and infallible programming logic
• Proficiency in C/C++
• Excellent Object-Oriented design and Analysis skills
• Good knowledge of design patterns
• Should have a fair share of experience developing apps/games on iOS/ Android platforms
• Experience in programming and architecting complex, data-driven systems
• Experience in technologies like DirectX, OpenGL will be added advantage
• Expertise in social integrations on mobile platforms
• Experience using source control systems such as SVN, Git
• The skill and patience to manage and mentor a team
• Huge interest in the latest technologies and gaming trends
Experience:
• 3 to 5 years
