Conceptualizing and implementing marketing & sales strategies.
· Identify new markets; new engagements, new specialties and ways to drive future business.
· Developing new channels to expand service reach in the U.S. market.
· Administering marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth and profitability.
· Identifying new streams for revenue growth and developing marketing plans.
· Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
· Preparing marketing and sales decks.
· Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
· Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors.
· Researching potential target industries and customers.
· Putting together a content sales & marketing strategy for the company.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, working in medium sized organizations.
· Proven successful sales record in the IT Services Industry.
· All round sales and marketing experience gained from a similar sized organisation.
· Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
· Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude, and excellent communication skills.
· Relevant industry experience ideally from a competitor.
· Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
· Requires a keen market orientation and experience in successful business development.
· Self-motivated, confident and able to work under minimal supervision with sound judgment and keen diplomatic skills.
