Coordinating with Academic Director & Academic Coordinators
Shortlisting Tutor Cv’s
Assisting in the recruitment process of Tutors
Calling the Tutors, discussing job profile and persuading them to join.
Desired Skill Set
Should be a graduate in any discipline
Should have a teaching experience of 1 to 2 years at least
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skill and positive attitude
Flexible to work in a shift as instructed by the company
Excellent persuading skills
Ability to work in a fast paced & agile environment
Ability to work independently
Shift- 11:00pm-08:00am ( Preferably Male candidate)
