Job Description
Minimum Qualification and Experience
Should be a graduate with 12 to 15 years of experience in HR with progressive leadership skills.
Preferred skills
Mandatory Skills
Demonstrate ability in Talent Acquisition and Management practices in medium to large organisations.
Experience in working with US/UK or European stakeholders in the past.
Exposure to HR Shared Services model and best practices.
Experience related to implementing improvement projects with good examples of the importance of the role they played in the exercise.
Experience in Performance Management System like implementation of Performance Management system, process compliance, Training Needs Analysis, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.
Hands on Experience in HR Operations like Employee / Compensation data analysis, payroll interface, Exit interview and analysis, Attrition reporting, etc.
Experience in Employee Relations like grievance handling, employee meetings, employee communication, etc.
Exposure to Developmental HR areas like competency framework, talent management, rewards & recognitions, diagnostic studies, etc.
Experience of negotiating with and managing suppliers to get the best terms and performance.
Overall, this person must be comfortable with the process of continuous improvement and the resulting challenges of change, which result.
Experience to steer solutions and conflicts of priorities without full authority to mandate approaches.
Good experience in compensation and benefits.
Experience working with IT industry.
Desired Skills
Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
