Brief description :
Managing the day to day office operations
Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Performs the tasks of maintaining administrative records of the organization
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred skills
Experience in general office administration with good oral and written communication skills.
Should have good reporting skills.
MS Office and MS Excel Knowledge must.
