Job Description
1) Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
2) Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
3) Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
4) Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges
5) Perform other admin duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
6) Maintaining Office Timing register
7) Responsible for maintaining office stationary and keeping the records of the same.
8) Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
9) Maintains professional appearance and pleasing personality.
10)Proficiency in English (oral and written)
11)Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
12)Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
13)Problem-solving skills
14)Female candidates preferred.
