Should have good communication skills.
Have to be in end to end recruitment, attendance management, time management.
Employee engagement activities.
Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel, word, PPT)
Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates. Design and implementation of sourcing strategy.
