Job Description
Brief description :
Handle all administrative works
Experience in Import/export procedures and handle all Imports and exports for the team.
Manage accounts, logistics, invoicing and collections.
Handle Procurement and Vendor payments efficiently.
Should handle petty cash and bills are to be filed properly.
Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available.
Should be willing to travel to different places such as banks, shops, government offices etc. for official purpose as per the requirement.
Provide general support to visitors.
All day-to-day operation matters.
Assist Bidding and proposal writing.
Candidate with two-wheeler are preferred.
Preferred skills
1-3 years of experience in office administration.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Should be a versatile team player with good inter personnel skills.
Office administration and excellent communication (written and verbal).
