Brief description :
Proven experience in lead generation in the financial sector
Identifying and developing new business through sites
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis, build customer base and also must have to lead a team
Will be responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment products
Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization .
Understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply service knowledge to meet those needs
Preferred skills
Candidates with a background with Finance, insurance or in the same field ( stock broker ) will be given prefrence
* Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
* Excellent interpersonal & Communication
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills*
* Minimum 3 yrs experience in lead role in business development
