Job Description
We expect our Business Development Manager to:
1. Develop, implement and lead business development strategies.
2. Build good relationships with key customers, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
3. Always maintain an extensive knowledge of the market and market conditions.
4. Work with the marketing team to create, launch and monitor marketing campaigns.
5. Analyse our internal sales and CRM data to monitor individual product and customer performance.
6. Handling the entire sales life cycle of leads and opportunities from the inception to fulfillment.
7. Connecting with clients in a genuine way with an intention to understand their need, manage their expectations, advance their objectives and deliver to the best of your ability
8. Provision existing and potential customers with sales proposals, marketing literature and up to date solutions and services in a clear concise, comprehensive and timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Should have good command over Hindi and English.
· Should have reasonable proficiency in office software.
· Exposure to CRM will be an added plus.
