Job Description

 ·        Follow up with customers on product satisfaction and feedback.

 ·        Follow up on open leads and opportunities.

 ·        Providing stock availability and other queries from customers through phone and email.

 ·        Co-ordinate with sales team and ware house team on timely supply of materials to customers.

 ·        Analysis of data with marketing team for following up with customers on future orders.

 Desired Candidate Profile:

 1.     The candidate should have pleasing personality and good communication skills.

 2.      Should be able to work as a team member.

 3.      Should have good command over English and in Hindi.

 4.      Should be familiar with computer systems.
