We are hiring Experienced Tech support Executives for Inbound Tech Support Process.
Here, The employee has to attend calls of the clients and need to provide them a solution with proper Service and with a proper feedback. Need to observe about the desire of the clients and move accordingly with the details of the service.
Mandatory things a candidate need to have:-
6 months of preferred experience in tech support is mandatory.
One should know how to take calls in European Languages.
One should have extreme good communication and convincing skills.
One should be less than 35 years of old.
Graduates should apply. Undergraduates can also apply.
Should be comfortable in 6 days working and 1 roaster fix off.
Should be flexible.
