Urgent requirement for Test Manager In Ernakulam

Job Role:

Complete ownership of testing and QA.
Understand the complete system interfaces and integration.
Build a complete QA and testing team from scratch.
Responsible to manage the QA team and testers.
Design & Develop tools, test automation framework for various web apps, ETL process, browser plugins, desktop apps etc.
Design & Develop a performance testing framework for on-premise as well as cloud systems.
Align with Product Architects, managers etc and ensures testability to achieve 100% test coverage.
Working with Project, Support and product development teams to drive changes that ensure high-quality deliverables and launches.
Focus on continuous improvements and optimization through test automation executed in CI approach, utilizing methodologies/test techniques, deriving best practices.
Lead all test automation efforts in your area, reviewing designs and code written by other quality engineers and being a technical mentor for test engineers to develop their skills.
Participate in design reviews & code reviews.
Ability to understand the big picture & link the dependencies between various features /components.
Technical thought leader for the team.
Continuously enhance product/domain knowledge.


Key Requirements:

7+ years of overall experience with a min of 4 years of testing and 2 years in leading a testing team.
In-depth knowledge of QA & Testing (Lead, Management, Architecture, Delivery etc.,)
Good presentation and technical writing skills.
Hands on experience with automated and manual testing on various platform.
Practical experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Skills & Competencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research capabilities and critical thinking skills.
Able to work as both an individual and as part of a team, interacting with several different departments in the company.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are required.
