For the post of Tele calling exe. in a reputed Matrimonial .
Required minimum 0-2 Years Experienced Female Tele caller (No Sales Target).
Key Skills:
• Must speak Hindi / Bengali fluently and little english.
• Pleasing personality
• Listen to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
• Provide information about products and services
• Review or make changes to customer requirements
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Qualification: Metric to Graduate.
• Salary: 7000.00 to 10,000 /month
• Office Timing: 10.30 am – 7.30 pm.
