Job Description

* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Architect
* Must have hands on experience and technical knowledge related to software development in both Web (Open Source) and Mobile apps (MANDATORY)
* Must have hands-on experience in Java Spring boot framework (MANDATORY)
* Must be able to provide technical design and architectural leadership to ensure that solutions are designed in accordance with standards.
* Must be able to review business processes and technical solution designs to help ensure selection of appropriate technology
* Should be good at preparing development documents like requirements documents software requirement specification
* Must ensure the efficiency, security and support of the organization's goals.
* Should have successfully managed multiple & high-visibility technology projects
* Experience with agile development technologies like SCRUM
* Must be process oriented with excellent knowledge in building and managing teams operating and developing delivery execution and management frameworks
* Excellent technical management skill & problem-solving capabilities
* Very strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
