Urgent requirement for Senior Business Development Executive in Info Park .

We are looking for an experienced professional as a Senior BDE role in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

1) Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.

2) Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and requirements of the client.

3) Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies. Support, lead and mentor sales team in achieving sales outcomes.

4) Prospecting new accounts and build relationships with potential customers.

5) Candidates for this role should work well individually as well as part of a team, be outgoing, persistent and able to hit goals and objectives set by the company.

6) Perform an incisive and insightful market and competitive research.

Skillset:

1) Candidates having experience in Europe operations are preferred.
2) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
3) Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well.
4) Excellent presentation skills.
5) Good knowledge of IT Sales.
6) Good decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
