Preferred Skills

Engage with clients throughout the pre-sales process to create proposals.
Prepare RFI/RFP responses, sales collateral such as capability decks, proposal templates, case studies, standardizing application demos individually/in collaboration with other teams.
Expert in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Business Process Reengineering, and Use Case Development.
Proficient in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Requirement documents and helping developers with the creation of Software Requirement Specifications.
Highly proficient in writing User Stories, creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams.
Ability in analytical thinking, problem-solving and result oriented individual.
Document and communicate requirements with the Development team.
Excellent time management, stakeholder management, decision-making, leadership and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using Agile Scrum Methodologies.


Qualification and Experience

Bachelor or Master Degree.
Male candidate preferred.
Fluency in written and verbal communication in English.
5-8 years of working experience in the IT industry field dealing with clients from multiple verticles.
