Job Summary
Reporting to the Business Head, a successful candidate will be solely responsible for the Sales operations of multiple branches assigned to him in the region of Kerala. Job may also involve travelling. Candidates with relevant experience in Telecommunication, Automobile Sales are preferred. Candidates with experience in Dealer management, Franchisee acquisition are highly preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
ï‚· He/she needs to be a good manager, organizer, and a leader. Good analytical skills and quick decision-making abilities.
 Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
ï‚· Efficiently handling the dealer & franchisee network by addressing the queries.
ï‚· Ensure dealers are achieving their monthly sales target.
ï‚· Plan, strategize and implement the sales programs.
ï‚· He/she has to organize a team of highly competent individuals who does the field work.
ï‚· Train and motivate the sales team.
ï‚· Monitor effectiveness of the activities conducted and take necessary corrective steps for improvement.
ï‚· Set target for the salespersons, organizing them, and implement the strategies devised to increase the revenues.
ï‚· Developing a strategic sales plan.
ï‚· Need to constantly analyze the market, the consumption capacity of the consumers and project the expected return.
ï‚· Any immediate problem regarding sales needs to be addressed. Surveying the market in order to understand a competitor's activity.
ï‚· Needs to collaborate with the marketing section of the organization in order to look for innovative means to influence consumers and improve sales.
ï‚· The dealers and consumers need to be made aware of any new product being brought to the market.
ï‚· Responsible for staff to follow local rules & regulations.
ï‚· Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
