Generate New inquiries.
Should be flexible of customer service over the call for the Customer requirements.
Responsible for sampling product follow up and delivery arrangement
Receive inquiries through internet/Cold-Calling.
Ensure prospects have been entered prospects in master.
EnsureSalesquote are sent to the customer.
Prepare documents for Tenders
Follow up of inquiries and price negotiation.
Collection of advances and outstanding from customers.
Pass inquiries related to Service and warranty to Service department.
Generate/Renewal of AMC of machines.
Payment Collection.
