Job Description
Brief description :
You will serve as the cross-department contact for technical issues spanning across our entire product suite. You will assist customers with installation, configuration and troubleshooting and work closely with our software team to ensure the integrity of our product. In order to be considered for this role you must have previous experience with customer support.
Responsibilities
Participation and ownership in all stages of development process: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
Perform challenging work in designing, writing, editing, modifying, and debugging software applications and services.
Evaluate current systems and assist in future development.
Design, develop and implement solutions around both a micro-service and monolithic architectures.
Provide customers with detailed demonstrations for implementing secure systems
Monitor customer’s systems and address service and hardware failures in a timely manner
Support business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) inquiries
Preferred skills
Ability to architect, design, develop and implement solutions around a micro-service and monolithic architectures.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with clients, end-users, and team members.
Experience using platform provided tools preferred
3+ years’ experience optimizing site performance across a variety of devices and web browsers
Experience building a Developer Portal and resources that support developers utilize a technology
At least 1 to 3 years of experience that must include:
Linux (preferable Red Hat) administration
Knowledge of networking, VLANs and subnetting
