We are looking for candidates in the IT/CS field who have done courses in ReactJS and Node JS (Full-Stack). We are an IT Company located in Info Park II, Kochi, Kerala. We are looking for young minds who are enthusiastic and excited about Technology and Coding. We are rolling out an Internship plan, where candidates would have good exposure to Projects where they would get on the job training and assistance, and the edge to learn and grow more in the Technology Domain. For the first three months they would be in an unpaid scheme; post their 3-month tenure they would be evaluated and on the basis of performance and caliber, they would be absorbed by the Organization along with a Full-Time Job Offer. We are looking for candidates in the IT/CS field who have done courses in ReactJS and Node JS (Full-Stack). Please send a list of interested candidates so that we may plan for the same. We intend to conduct the Interview in a 3-step model: First they will be invited to join a Video-Walk-In Drive; where they will be guided to take an Aptitude Test; post evaluation, if they clear the Aptitude Round - they will move to the HR Round where they will be evaluated based on their Attitude, Communication, and Soft Skills; and finally, they will have a round with the CTO.
