Job Summary:
R & D and Formulation Development Activates for a Nutracutical and Dietary Supplements
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform various phases of R&D and formulation development activities.
Responsible for R&D pipeline plan according to business needs
Taking care of Formulation and Development of products from Concept to commercialization.
Expertise in the formulation and development of products as per customer demands and its end application.
Coordinating with Cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Regulatory, IPR, Clinical and Analytical Team for successful completion of the project.
Preparing project proposal. (TimeLine, Costing, Application, Marketing strategy).
Identifying with the right vendor for Raw material, chemicals and packaging material for R&D development and commercialization.
As a R&D Executive, you will have to comply with GMP requirements and demonstrate ability to assist the R&D Team in development of dietary supplements, collecting all necessary documentation, including research papers, proofreading of advertising material, and maintaining the records.
Technical and business development support to the sales team when needed, offering customer solutions and focusing on their needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor / Master in Food science and technology or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge In Nutracuticals / Supplement Field in must.
Must have knowledge about flavouring.
Effective communication skills.
Proven project management skills.
Business acumen.
Able to work independently
