Handling complete operational activities in academic building and hostels
· Responsibility for team handling
· Coordinating with program managers for booking the class rooms & seminar halls in DET
· Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
· Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures
· Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
