Job Description

Description:
1) Daily trip arrangements for company vehicles (trailers) as per sales orders and 3rd party trips.

2) Route planning to cater sales orders and 3rd party trips.

3) . Solve the unloading issues by communicating with respective Stockyard team and customers.

4) Recruitment of drivers as per company policy’s and SOP.

5) Handling Driver’s issues, bata, trip sheets and track mileage.

6) Track and report issues related to driver’s interactions with stockyard and customer point to reporting supervisor.

7) Report issues or damages of company vehicles after each trip and should report to maintenance team.

8) Ensure safe delivery of the materials, communicate with drivers and ensure proper delivery as per SOP

Ideal Candidate: Candidate with logistics experience/Transport Coordination minimum 3 years. 1.Daily trip arrangements for company vehicles (trailers) as per sales orders and 3rd party trips. 2. Route planning to cater sales orders and 3rd party trips. 3. Solve the unloading issues by communicating with respective Stockyard team and customers. 4. Recruitment of drivers as per company policy’s and SOP.

Salary : ?2,40,000 - ?3,00,000 a year
