Job Description

We are currently looking for competitive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to perform international sales for IT Software Subscriptions, IT Hardware and IT Solutions over the phone and chat. The incumbent will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Must have Excellent English communication skill
· Must have Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, Power point & outlook
· Knowledge of Social Media Marketing is a plus
· Must have your own laptop, Mic and Camera + a good internet connection
· Experience in Customer Service is a plus
· Excellent Telephone Communication Skills for international clients
· Good working knowledge of Excel, Word
· Go-getter Attitude
· Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
· Generate Leads through Tele calling & email and social marketing
· Keep prospective client database updated
· Make cold calls for new business leads
· Support in writing new business proposals
· Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
· Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
· Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month + incentives
