Brief description :
Experience: 1-2 Years
Handle end to end recruitment life cycle.
Look after varied Administrative functions.
Design and execute HR policies.
Handle attendance & processing of payroll.
Deliver HR back office processes including Onboarding and Offboarding activities.
Preferred skills
Should have minimum 1+year of experience in generalist roles and IT recruitment.
Effective communicator with good analytical & problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership traits with the ability to bring out the best in others while creating a healthy and friendly work environment.
Experience in strategic HR Practices directed towards employee retention and satisfaction.
Adapt promptly redressing employee grievances, settling disputes, maintaining discipline and harmony across all employee levels.
