FINANCE MANAGER
Reporting to Managing Director /GM
Location Muvattupuzha Ernakulam
Our high-growth firm is seeking an experienced and professional Finance
Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in the organization’s
funding strategy and long-term financial security. The Finance Manager will
collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances
and develop budgets that will keep the company’s costs down.
Job Purpose to ensure financial stability and effective financial plan for the
organization’s smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
o. Preparing costing & Budget for the project
o. Preparing & interpreting financial statements monthly to the management using
RATIOS { Balance sheet, P/L, Cash flow statement}
o. Analyze profitability of each project
o. Payment policy set up.
o. Prepare payment plans
o. Working Capital Management
o. Statutory Calendar setting
o. Management of Debtors
o. Monthly Internal Audit
o. Monitoring Inventory Department
o. Preparation of cash flow statements – cash inflow & cash outflow
o. Finding out alternative sources of funding for the organization.
o. Ensure statutory compliance with the help of statutory department and statutory
calendar have to be implemented and followed.
Knowledge and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred)
5+ years’ experience in a financial management position
Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
Proficient in Microsoft office
Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
