Grade - Faculty

Salary in terms of CTC Rs.2,00,000-3,50,000/Annum

Fulltime/Partime/Hourly Basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

Take Aptitude classes (Quantitative or Verbal) for the competitive exams like
CAT/GMAT/GRE etc…

✔ To ensure superlative results through superior academic delivery in the classroom,
✔ Superb academic delivery of the subject across different programs.
✔ Ownership of the batch of the students for the subject - feedback, doubts sessions etc.
✔ Responsible for value addition to students.
✔ Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning
environment.
✔ Keep himself updated on pedagogy and content by interacting with fellow teachers
and utilizing trainings and seminars.
✔ Handling counseling of the walk-ins for knowledge products, whenever required.
✔ Support the content preparation team for various programs.
✔ Course scheduling for various batches / session planning.
✔ Reporting to Lead Mentor

Profound knowledge of all topics in mathematics. ✔ Willing to take classes in multiple locations. ✔ Pleasant personality and should be patient. ✔ Excellent Presentations skills, communication skills, knowledge for the Subject and Exams patterns, organizing skills, Team management skills ✔ Imparting knowledge to the students in such a way that they gain maximum from it and striving for self-growth
Required Experience and Qualifications
Education -
B.Tech/B.E - Any Specialization with an aggregate of 65% (Maximum of two backlogs
allowed).
