Job Description

Urgent requirement for Director of Marketing in Ernakulam.

Will be in charge of leading the company's marketing efforts by studying Gadgeon's service offerings, value proposition, market segment and competitive advantages. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to the company by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating marketing plans to those involved and building awareness and positioning for the brand.

Key Responsibility
Working closely with Gadgeon’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate materials, presentations and tools.
Lead both inbound lead generation through marketing campaigns, as well as outbound sales development campaigns involving email campaigns and reaching out to target customers within Gadgeon’s target markets.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
Train and manage a team of marketing executives at Gadgeon.
Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Influences present and future service offerings by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
Develops new customer segment for existing servicess by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.
Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Skills and Qualification
Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles in Software Service Company.
MBA in Marketing from a respected Business School
Confident, Self-motivated and dynamic leader.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
Client Relationships, Managing Processes, Customer Focus, Marketing Research, Statistical Analysis and Strategy
Bachelors degree in EEE or CSE is a plus
