* Responsible for sourcing, selection & recruitment of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) and developing and monitoring them towards achieving sales targets in a branch
* Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process
* Training and Grooming his / her team of PFAs
* Perform the role of a people manager fostering a culture of ownership, customer focus, entrepreneurship and team work across the entire branch
-> Qualifications and Technical Skills
* Graduate in any stream with fair level of numerical aptitude (of Class-X level)
* Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
-> Overall and Specific Experience
* 3-4 years of relevant experience in go-to customer type of sales
