Job Description
To provide the response of the queries asked by business user via phone/ whatsapp / Chatbot
To communicate with CLIENT officials in case of any compliance or escalation
To execute the manual SOPs on the platform and track for completion
To Generate report of KPI, System performance, Asset information etc. as and when needed
Inform/Escalate to CLIENT officials in case of any high priority incident
Coordinate with the department and business officials for closed of activities in the system
