Job Summary
We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business Development Executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

Job role & Responsibilities
* Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
* Keep prospective client database updated
* Make cold calls for new business leads
* Support in writing new business proposals
* Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
* Arrange meetings for senior management with prospectivea clients
* Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of
tenders etc.

* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Must have good negotiation skills
