We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our B2B education business towards success. You will need to come up with new and unique business development strategies, set goals and promote the Skill-Lync. Your contribution will help maintain a strong relationship with a growing client base which will bring in more profits and fuel our growth.
What you will Do
A street-smart Engineer, B.E. / M.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, MBA in Sales & Marketing with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in selling e-learning platform/software in Engineering colleges.
Maintaining excellent Relationship with HODs (ECE, EEE, Mech, Civil, department) Principal, Directors. C level relationships will add weightage
Carefully understand the Prospect/customer’s requirement and work closely to the satisfaction of the customer and gain buy-in for the offered solution
Ability to follow the sales process and direction from Managers, providing vital inputs to the team actively and submit reports in a timely manner is mandatory
Relationship with key personnel at University Level will be an added advantage
