Job Description
Eligibility/Qualifications:
Business development with commercial accountability for meeting the P&L goals
Achieve the sales and profitability goals
Develop strategic relationships and contact key client stakeholders at an C level across the accounts
BE or B.TECH. MBA will be an added advantage
Effective Communications & Interpersonal skills
IT/Technical background & Good Understanding of SDLC
Should be able to make use of different mediums to generate leads,schedule appointments and present the proposals
Ability to: analyze data, identify trends; research and solve complex, multi-faceted problems; work independently and show initiative; maintain a positive attitude; handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines; adapt to and embrace changes in a rapidly changing environment; lead and mentor by example; maintain and promote good client relations, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Solid computer skills, ability to work with advanced CRM tools(Sales Force & Zoho)
Should be able to analyze and visualize complex software requirements and suggest value-adds
Proven track record in generating new business and in exceeding sales targets
Should have driving license
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in business development
