Job Description
We are looking for a BDE who is proficient in International Business Development and client generation with quality projection selection and bidding
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals, Lead generation
• Experience in handling Online bidding on various portal like Upwork, Freelance, Guru, etc
• The candidate should be able to do Cold Calls to the potential customer base in the international market.
• Writing Proposal / Costing / Negotiations/ prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation.
• Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
• Key account management of Existing clients and experts in cross-selling and up-sell strategies.
• Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies for achieving business targets.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of Direct and online marketing of web-based software applications.
• Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development.
• Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
• Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.
• Setting up appointments with clients, client visits & giving company presentations.
• Should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
