Meet regularly with Clients to build positive and productive relationships.
Management of web/telephone and email based enquiries, allocating, where possible, to the relevant Business Development Manager or individually handling.
Ensure personal cancellations are dealt with and overturned in a timely and professional manor.
Support Business Development Managers in general business development activity for events, networking.
Maintain current and relevant generic propositions and presentations to support lead generation activity.
Benchmark state-of-the-art practices to recommend profit and service improvements.
To establish new, and to follow up and develop existing business opportunities.
Establish and maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.
Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed sales targets, budgets and timescales.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Liaise and attend meetings with various stakeholders necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development
