Job Description

URGENT FOR REQUIREMENT FOR BPO/DOMESTIC CALL CENTRE (VOICE INBOUND CUSTOMER IN INFO PARK .

 Qualification: Fresher’s or experienced with minimum qualification of degree.
 Good communication Skill with fluency in Malayalam.
 Ready to work in rotational shift.
 Handling customer complaints and follow ups.
 Language Skill: Malayalam
 Work Location: Kochi
 Shifts : 6am – 3pm / 11am – 8pm / 12pm -9pm / 1pm – 10pm / 3pm – 12am
Vacancies : 40-50
 Salary scale : 8500/- CTC after PF and ESI they will get in hand 7300/- (excluding allowances)
